Open Classes for Adults
Revolution Dance Theatre is happy to offer the following drop in classes for adults. The classes feature a mixed set of exercises appropriate for all skill levels in an environment designed for you.
Length & Strength
Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. | Saturdays 10:30 a.m.
Workout like a dancer with RDT's own proprietary regimen! Curated and taught by Artistic Director David Choate - this class includes 30 seamless minutes of exercises that blend yoga, Pilates, and ab work, with traditional dance techniques.
Whether you just want to stretch, condition your body or learn beginning dance technique - this class is for you.
Reward yourself. Complimentary Mimosas after each Saturday morning class!
Ballet & Modern
Thursdays 5:30 p.m.
Learn or brush up on fundamental dance technique in this fun class. Designed to welcome beginners while challenging experienced dancers, this mixed level class will take you through a traditional barre experience with fun center exercises and even choreography.
