Five years ago, Hot Chocolate began as a dream — a celebration of Black excellence, rhythm, and imagination. What started as a bold holiday experiment has become a Cincinnati tradition, blending dance, theatre, and soul into one unforgettable experience.
Now, in our 5th Anniversary Season, we’re turning up the heat. Expect bigger movement, bolder storytelling, and a deeper message. This isn’t just a show — it’s a reminder that Black stories belong center stage. That joy is revolutionary. And that magic is still alive in us all.
Join David Choate and Revolution Dance Theatre as we return to the Aronoff for a re-imagined production that honors the legacy, the people, and the power that made this all possible.
