By focusing on eliminating traditional and systemic barriers to working in this industry, we've often been the one to provide desrving, yet otherwise underrepresented talent, with the first line on their resume. Like traditional ballet companies, many of our professional company dancers have been selected through audition process. Additionally, through our apprenticeship program, we take a revolutionary approach by literally paying our most hard working students to learn.
